Up to 6" Diameter Centerless Grinding with Automation

One of Kent USA's largest centerless grinders, the KCG-24S, offers a grinding capacity for diameters ranging from 2" to 6" with a standard work rest. It features a grinding wheel size of 24" x 12" x 12" and a regulating wheel size of 12" x 12" x 5".
Powered by a 25 (up to 30 HP) main grinding wheel motor, the KCG-24S features a compact design that minimizes shop floor space usage. The machine is equipped with easy-to-use controls to maximize work efficiency and an automatic lubrication system with a safety interlock to prevent operation without lubrication. Additionally, the hydraulic dresser for both the grinding and regulating wheels offers smooth and evenly trued wheels.
The KENT USA Centerless Grinder line optionally comes with automatic loading and unloading bar feeding for full automation.
