Updated Predictive Maintenance Vibration Analyzer App

VibePro 10 is an upgraded iOS iPad vibration analysis solution that provides an accurate, real-time overview of a plant's machine health. With VibePro 10, a company can quickly analyze its machine's performance in real time, optimize the maintenance program and prevent unexpected downtime.

Scott Yenchik, Director of VibePro, said, "The latest software update for our vibration analysis App, VibePro 10, was built from our very successful legacy line of products, Vibepro 7 and VibePro 8. Our goal is to create innovative, easy-to-use solutions for our customers to determine their plants' machine health. Developing this new release is essential to fulfilling that promise to our current and future VibePro customers."

Yenchik also noted that "while leveraging our product history, we created VibePro 10 based on input from experts in vibration analysis and customer feedback. Some new updates include the product's base set of features that many are familiar with while also delivering increased customer satisfaction with our new features. VibePro 10 is the first vibration analysis app to combine precision sensors within the iPad ecosystem. Being able to simultaneously monitor permanently mounted sensors and integrate a route-based predictive maintenance monitoring with the most ergonomic and simple-to-use data collector is truly outstanding. After 12 years of development, VibePro 10 offers an experience unlike any other PDM platform."

With VibePro 10, users can quickly email live data reports while in the plant or the asset's side. Easily add additional technology points solutions, such as thermography, laser alignment, ultrasound, balancing and many other tools to provide a holistic view of a plant's equipment.

With VibePro 10, technicians can now view live Velocity and Acceleration Spectrum plots within the app in real time. Simply pinch and zoom the vibration readings to adjust the frequency range for analysis capabilities. Use touch markers to identify peaks, harmonics and side bands interactively. Add markers directly from the bearing library for easy determination of synchronous peaks and bearing frequency markers. With its dual-axis capability, VibePro 10 is a machine-analysis investigation tool. Plus, with the single measurement reporting tool, documenting findings is as easy as sending an email.

VibePro 10 is easy to understand and can take and analyze readings quickly for the user. Users can take a photo of the machine asset or select from our model library and drag & drop data points using the touchscreen. Quick pop-ups for alarm thresholds, selectors for Fmax, lines of resolution and other settings are intuitive. Duplication of machines is also a new feature available to reduce database and hierarchy set-up times in half. Setting a route on VibePro 10 is a simple procedure while using all the functionality of the iPad's design.

Using the iPad interface, users can overlap readings and similar assets and visualize the data from multiple angles with simple pinch and zoom gestures. On top of all these functions, VibePro 10 can share images and graphs through customized reports, sent directly from a device.

At the end of a VibePro 10 user's day, a technician can export the data collection to the company's signature web app, VibePro 24/7. In VibePro 24/7, users can access decision-making reports and post-processing abilities to analyze the collected data. The VibePro 24/7 web app has a 2D heat map that identifies whether established thresholds have been breached and how fast the data changes. In addition, fault detection is available so users can check their findings against common machine faults with the diagnostic algorithms.
