Scotchman Industries Announces New General Manager

Brad Heltzel

Scotchman Industries has announced the promotion of Brad Heltzel to the role of General Manager.

Brad Heltzel, formerly plant superintendent, has been a vital part of Scotchman Industries since joining the company in November 2003. Over the past two decades, he has served in various production roles, designed, built and tested equipment in the special tooling department, and was ultimately appointed plant superintendent in March 2016.

Kevin Allen, President and CEO of Scotchman Industries, said: "We are thrilled to have Brad take on the role of General Manager. His extensive experience, coupled with his deep understanding of the company and community, made him the perfect choice to lead Scotchman Industries into its next chapter. Brad's leadership will be instrumental in continuing to uphold the tradition of excellence that has defined Scotchman for over five decades."

Before joining Scotchman Industries, Heltzel served honorably in the United States Army 82nd Airborne Division. His military service played a crucial role in shaping the leader he is today. The Army 82nd Airborne Division is known for its rigorous training and high standards, requiring discipline, resilience and a strong sense of duty. These qualities have been evident in his work at Scotchman Industries, where he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Heltzel said: "I am honored to take on the role of General Manager and am eager to continue our tradition of excellence. Scotchman Industries has always been more than just a workplace; it is a family. I am committed to building value for our customers for decades to come. I look forward to working with our incredible team and building upon the strong foundation laid by generations of dedicated employees."
