Pipe Profiler to be Featured at FABTECH 2024

HGG Profiling Equipment BV, a manufacturer of cutting and profiling equipment for the welding industry, will be exhibiting its RPC 1200 Mk3 Plasma Beam Coping Solution in booth S24177 at FABTECH 2024, held October 15-17, 2024, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

Experts will be available to discuss the RPC 1200 Mk3 and the RoboRail robotic plasma cutting machine and other innovative automated metalcutting technologies. The RPC 1200 Mk3 plasma beam coping solution is capable of cutting any type of pipe profile, including profile beams, angle bar, channel, square tubes, pipes, plates, T-bars and bulb. According to the company, it is the world's first beam coping robot that can also profile pipes.

The RoboRail is designed to reduce profile cutting time by up to six hours in some applications, including pipe for railings, channels and other miscellaneous parts. The compact robotic machine's ability to take designs directly from 3D SDS/2, TEKLA, STEP and other CAD files allows accurate cutting performance for channels, tube columns and angles up to 8" x 8" and 1-1/4" pipe. The Hypertherm plasma cutting system processes handrail pipe, stringer channels, box tubes, angles, etc. with ease.
