Bystronic ByCut Star 3015 with 30 kW fiber laser power offers high productivity and efficiency with its high cutting speed and intelligent cutting process.
The Xpert Pro 150 press brake offers increased speed and flexibility.
Bystronic will present its latest innovations for sheet metal cutting, bending, automation and software at FABTECH, showcasing how an automated material flow and seamless data flow enable end-to-end process automation.
Products to be presented:
- The 30 kW ByCut Star 3015 fiber laser with a new system for the loading and unloading of flat sheet materials
- The 4 kW ByTube Star fiber laser that fully automates the entire tube-cutting process from the loading of full-length tubes to the unloading of finished parts
- A demonstration of nitrogen generation equipment and gas mixing (MixGas) for faster cutting speeds and more efficient gas utilization.
- Three press brakes: the ByBend Star 120 will be featured with a new automation cell; the Xpert Pro 150 equipped with a laser angle measuring device (LAMS); and the introduction of an all-new press brake model that will offer numerous benefits not currently part of the press brake portfolio.
- The BySoft Suite Software simplifies the complete end-to-end process from the initial quote to delivery of the finished part, boosting efficiency and productivity.
The new Solutions Hub area in the booth will feature stations for software, automation, services, laser packages and consulting solutions.
