LAZZATI HB 150T EVO 4 at the factory
RBR Machine tool will be working with LAZZATI, the Italian built line of horizontal boring lines in table and floor type machines with up to 250 mm spindles.
"These machines are built with Italian passion and precision in a dedicated final assembly building with air conditioning, high bays, overhead crane and a special floor for the heaviest machines to deliver the very best accuracy," said Richard Ragnini, RBR Machine Tools.
LAZZATI has introduced its newest CNC heavy horizontal boring mill HB 150T EVO 4.0, the result of the continuous improvement in LAZZATI R&D for the T-Type machine, high dynamic, rapids up to 20 m/1', acceleration of 1 m/sq. s, high working feeds. The machine is featured with the LAZZATI LHS hydrostatic system for T-Type and complete set of accessories, making this machine a complete system, capable of multiple adaptation to any kind of processing for the removal of chips.
The HB 150T EVO is equipped with a boring spindle of 150 mm diameter, 4,000 RPM and power equal to 75 Kw. (100.5 HP) The longitudinal travel of the spindle is 900 mm, the cross travel of the rotary table is 3.000 ± 6.000 mm, the vertical head travel is 2.000 mm ± 3.500 mm, the longitudinal travel of the column is 1.500 mm ± 3.000 mm; the rotary traveling table has a maximum load capacity of 40 tons and dimension 2.000 mm x 3.000 mm. The machine is a boring and milling machine in one machine. "This provides maximum universality, very high productivity and the possibility of machining the five faces of a piece with just one placement," said the spokesperson. The machine is equipped for Industry 4.0, and it is available with Heidenhain CNC. Optionally, Siemens, FANUC, and Fagor CNCs are also available.
RBR Machine Tools is a capital machine tool dealer serving the Midwest since 1984 and the recently appointed LAZZATI - Boring Mill Manufactures representative for Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Iowa.
