The bar puller features an easy concept:
- Load a spindle-length bar into the lathe spindle
- Install a Royal bar puller in the turret
- Add G-code into the program for the puller to engage the bar-end and advance it along the Z-axis after the previous workpiece has been parted off

- Combo bar pullers and accessories: Design combines a bar puller and cut-off tool into one compact unit, saving a turret station. Cycle times are reduced because the turret does not need to index between the cut-off and pulling operations. Handles 1/8" to 4" dia. bars.
- Coolant-Actuated bar pullers and accessories: No set-up required-close to bar diameter using coolant pressure for actuation. Can be used to pull finished parts from a sub-spindle, eliminating the need for an ejector. Handles 11/8" to 4-1/8" dia. bars.
