Mid Atlantic Machinery Expands Team

Chris Boyer

Phil Fosdyck

Mid Atlantic Machinery has announced the appointments of Chris Boyer as Product Manager for CNC routers and Phil Fosdyck as Service Technician.

Boyer's 29-year long career in the manufacturing industry has been focused on CNC applications as a machine repair and installation technician and salesman. As Product Manager he will lead Mid Atlantic Machinery salesmen and help better support current and potential CNC routing customers.

"We are excited about the growth opportunities that Chris will bring to our company," said Kevin Kilgallen, Mid Atlantic Machinery President. "His years of experience will provide the professional consultation that our customers rely on."

Fosdyck will be responsible for post-sale installations, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey and New York.

Fosdyck has 14 years of industry experience and specializes in the maintenance of CNC tube, pipe and profile bending and metalworking machinery. He started his career at Ercolina in Davenport, IA, where he gained experience making special tooling and accessories for the machines. He has also been educated in welding, hydraulics and pneumatics.

"Phil Fosdyck's knowledge and experience is an incredible addition to the Mid Atlantic Machinery team," said Lance Fisher, Director of Technical Service. "It allows us to provide our customers with a specialized service visit where their questions can be answered in-depth and their machine uptime can be maximized."

"The opportunity to work on many different kinds of machinery has given me a great understanding of frequency drivers, stepper and servo motors, encoders, complicated electrical systems and system networking," said Fosdyck. "I look forward to this next step in my career."
