- Machine condition selection (R1-R10)
- Set-up guidance
- 400 tool offsets
- 56 work offsets.
The Takumi H-Series double-column machining centers are equipped with the FANUC 31i-MB control. "The FANUC 31i-MB provides the processing power and smoothing features needed to reach maximum cutting speed and maintain superior part finish," said the spokesperson.
Standard features include:
- 1 GB data server
- AICC2
- Nano smoothing
- High speed processing
- 600 block look-ahead
- Machine condition selection (R1-R10).
Takumi 5-axis machining centers are equipped with the Heidenhain TNC 640 contouring control-a smart solution for demanding requirements, according to the company.
Standard features include:
- 5-axis simultaneous machining
- 3D tool radius-compensated contour precision
- Cylindrical surface machining
- Coordinate transformation
