Benjamin Rashleger

Concept Machine Tool (CMT) has appointed Benjamin Rashleger as President - Machine Tool Division. He joins the CMT team having spent nine years as president and CEO of WSI Industries, a CNC machining contract manufacturer where he spearheaded the growth and development of the organization. Prior to that, his family owned and operated a CNC equipment manufacturer, Milltronics Manufacturing, where he ultimately was the president and CFO, and eventually led the process of selling and integrating the business in 2007. Rashleger has spent the majority of his career within CNC machining and high-technology products and services, and he has developed an in-depth knowledge of the equipment, technology and the industry.

Rashleger has served on several non-profit industry and association boards that promote the manufacturing and technology industry, as well as for-profit manufacturing companies. He is a past chairman of the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA) and has contributed considerable time and energy towards promoting the industry and the development of the skilled workforce needed to support it.

Rashleger stated, "I am very excited to join the Concept team, to help build the forward growth and execution strategy and to focus on the commitment to make Concept a best-in-class distributor for our customers, our equipment manufacturing partners and our great employees. We have an incredible portfolio with world class products and solutions, and we have a great platform to build upon has we move the company to the next stage."

Craig Conlon, President/CEO, said, "We are very excited to have added Benjamin to our team. He brings a broad background in both CNC equipment, manufacturing and technology, as well as the deployment of manufacturing solutions around that technology - having operated in both segments. He also has a proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness, growth and strategies to support Concept Machine Tool as we continue to focus on growing our portfolio of services and solutions, as well as providing an exceptional experience to our strong customer base."
