Diagonal Compact Module Fans

Sager Electronics, a distributor of interconnect, power and electromechanical components, is now stocking ebm-papst's diagonal compact modules.
The diagonal compact modules were specifically developed to dissipate thermal loads in control cabinets while working as efficiently and quietly as possible. Available options include AC 115 V 60 Hz, 230 V 50 Hz and a GreenTech EC motor for 115 V and 230 V operation.
"The innovative diagonal impeller combines the positive features of axial and centrifugal blade designs," said a Sager Electronics spokesperson. "Additionally, the running noise is much lower than that of commercially available tubeaxial fans, with the diagonal outflow producing a more uniform flow through the control cabinet, significantly reducing the formation of harmful 'hot spots' and extending service life.
