QC Software Names Director of Controls

QC Software, LLC, a provider of warehouse execution and control system solutions (WES and WCS), has appointed Mike Hennel as Director of Controls. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the tight integration between material handling systems and QC Software's WCS/WES solutions. The QC software implementation team is also responsible for related training and support.
Hennel brings more than 25 years of experience to the company and has an expertise in the design of controls systems for highly automated material handling systems from conceptualization through implementation. He has led numerous development programs including the standard PLC control Function Blocks for controlling, slat and pop up wheel sorters, high speed inductions, right angle transfers, multi-line merges, automated label lines, pallet conveyor and vertical lifts.
