To accommodate recent growth, Glebar Company has promoted two employees to the sales department and added a new engineer to its R&D department.
Sean Riess, Machine and Technical Sales Manager, has over 20 years of experience at Glebar. Riess joined Glebar in 1995 and developed technical acumen in component measurement, grinding and machining while working in the R&D department. In his new sales role, he will work with existing customers seeking process improvements and prospective customers looking for turn-key machine solutions and processes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ramapo College.
Newly appointed Sales Support Specialist Kathleen Haddad has been with Glebar for almost three years and has contributed to the accounting, sales and marketing departments, supporting the CEO, VP of sales and marketing and CFO. She also manages Glebar's tradeshows and events, and has been instrumental in helping to craft Glebar's sales and quotation processes. In her new role, she will spend more time interacting and supporting Glebar's customers, making the experience more efficient and streamlined. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University.
Leon Ekeoba, R&D Engineer, brings manufacturing, precision machining, machine tool and machine tool applications knowledge to Glebar. Ekeoba completed a tool & die maker apprenticeship and engineering technology program in Germany, and in the U.S. has worked in manufacturing and R&D for automotive, medical and defense companies.
