Toyoda Americas Appoints Director of Business Development for the West Coast

Toyoda Americas has appointed Fernando R. Garcia as its Director of Business Development for the West Coast region covering California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. He will leverage long-term relationships with new and current customers, oversee sales and manage application engineering activities based out of the company's Placentia, CA, technical center.
Nurturing strategic industry partner relationships is also a key duty - Toyoda's tech center hosts learning seminars featuring new manufacturing techniques and technologies for local customers.

Garcia brings more than 35 years of leadership in manufacturing. Previous positions have included President of Ellison Technologies' Northern California Operations, General Manager of Methods Machine Tools and AMTDA/AMT board member.
