Expanded Line of Centrifuge Offerings

Bowl Type Centrifuges from PRAB can clarify metal working fluids without using disposable media and obtain up to 10 µm clarity. PRAB has offered manually cleaned or semi-automatic models. Recently, PRAB has added Fully Automatic Centrifuges, which means there is little to no maintenance associated with cleaning the centrifuge.
This expanded line of centrifuges can be used in industries such as vibratory deburring, water jet technology, rock cutting, mining and aerospace machining.
Features of these centrifuges include:
- Can be used on ferrous, non-ferrous and composite materials
- Can extend coolant life and remove particulate down to 10 µm clarity
- Can prolong tool life
- Recycles process water.
