Danobat Showcases Customization Capabilities at Open House

Danobat Inc. will host an Open House at its new U.S. headquarters and TechCenter in Rolling Meadows, IL, on October 11-12, 2023. The exclusive two-day event will provide industry professionals with an opportunity to explore the latest advancements in machining and automation through the precision and flexibility of Danobat's custom-engineered machine solutions.

"Precision is the cornerstone of Danobat's solutions. Precision differentiates Danobat from its competitors and ensures unparalleled accuracy for its customers," said a company spokesperson. "If precision is the cornerstone of Danobat's solutions, flexibility is the core. Flexibility reveals itself through various machine attributes, including modular design, advanced controls and software, versatile machining capabilities, integration with automation systems and readiness for fast changeovers. Flexibility also shows itself on the organizational level, enabling Danobat to proactively respond to ever-changing market demands and provide solutions to meet its customer base's unique challenges and requirements. Danobat also believes in sustainability, with energy-efficient technologies, reduced emissions and eco-friendly materials incorporated into Danobat's machines."

The Open House will center around live machine demonstrations on the TechCenter's machines, including: the compact CG, an OD/ID grinding machine with greater part/cost ratio; the LG, a high-speed OD grinding machine that is suited for small and medium parts; an Overbeck IRD, an ID/OD radius grinding and nonround grinding multitasking machine; and the latest addition, the Hembrug Mikroturn, a precision hard turning machine.

The event will also showcase other Danobat machine solutions and include informative and educational presentations by industry experts and thought leaders addressing challenges and opportunities in the manufacturing sector.

"We are excited to open our doors and welcome industry professionals to this exclusive event," said Manex Ochoteco, President at Danobat Inc. "The Open House is a testament to our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. We look forward to showcasing our cutting-edge solutions and engaging in meaningful discussions that will shape the future of manufacturing."
