Overhead Crane Warning LED Spotlight

Keytroller offers its FOREWARNER-MAXI, an overhead crane warning LED spotlight developed to improve pedestrian awareness and operator control of hook and load.

"Built with heavy duty die-cast aluminum to withstand the toughest environments, the FOREWARNER-MAXI ensures pedestrian safety by projecting a solid white, blue or red tightly focused spotlight on the floor that alerts pedestrians to the hook's location," said a company spokesperson. In addition, the spotlight aids precise positioning for crane operators by providing a framing reference between the floor and hook.
A clip-on lens cover is available that transforms the spotlight into a line-light on the floor below. Many crane operators prefer the line-light for additional load control.
The energy efficient FOREWARNER-MAXI features light emitting diode (LED) lights, produced by CREE in the U.S. The product's 10' cable connects to inputs of 12, 24, 36 or 48 volts of direct current (VDC). The mounting bracket is adjustable 150° up or down, allowing for precise positioning.
