Dapra Corporation Announces Rebranding of Marking Business Unit

Dapra Corporation, a supplier of industrial manufacturing solutions for nearly 70 years, has announced the rebranding of its legacy marking business unit to support expansion into adjacent markets.

Dapra's marking business will become DM Solutions (DMS), a distributor of industrial marking and fabrication equipment. The company will continue to supply laser marking technology from Datamark and dot peen machines from Pryor.

As part of this brand evolution, DMS will expand its portfolio to include advanced sheet metal processing technology from DNE Laser via a new exclusive dealer arrangement in the New England region. This initial offering includes laser welding, large-format laser cutting and press brake systems.

DMS President Shawn Lawlor said: "Although we are changing our name, we maintain our unwavering focus on our customers. The new partnership with DNE provides the ideal opportunity to realign our identity to better reflect our growth."

Lawlor continued, "With this rebranding, we launch an exciting new chapter. For over 35 years, we have been one of North America's leading suppliers of direct part marking solutions for industrial applications. We recognize that the marking industry has evolved, creating a need for us to expand our scope beyond our traditional offerings. As always, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions, excellent quality and outstanding customer support. From new offerings to expanded applications content, we believe this evolution will bring our customers industry-leading value."
