Gravity Flow Conveyor Systems

Creform Corporation has developed literature that details the problem solving of gravity flow issues, as well as a comprehensive list of conveyor-types for gravity flow solutions.

The new literature details the benefits of Crefom gravity flow conveyors, such as roller sizes, mounting hardware, guide rails and modular design. It also features the company's full lineup of 16 gravity flow conveyor products, ranging from standard roller conveyors and flanged roller conveyors to wide small straight roller conveyors and those with stainless steel covering. Also featured are Creform's wide Placon conveyors that provide smooth and quiet rolling.

Typical applications for Creform gravity rollers are when poor product flow within existing flow rack lanes requiring a pull hook, or cardboard boxes and deformed plastic boxes do not flow well and can be enhanced by wider rollers. Further, they are recommended when lower flow angles are needed for rack density within a given footprint of the rack. Creform conveyors can be integrated into existing or new fabricated steel structures.

The literature not only provides photos and descriptions of the various types of gravity flow conveyors, but also sizes, pitch between wheels, conveyor widths, lengths and primary applications notes.
