MicroCare Appoints Director of Manufacturing

MicroCare LLC, provider of critical cleaning, coating and lubricating chemistries, has announced the appointment of a new Director of Manufacturing to oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing group.

"Brian Donnelly is an experienced production specialist with a proven track record in the sector having spent his 20-year career across several manufacturing industries," said a company spokesperson. "He has led large teams in all aspects of manufacturing where he has worked to improve effectiveness and employee engagement."

The newly established position of Director of Manufacturing will see Donnelly lead multiple manufacturing teams located across several MicroCare facilities. He will ensure colleagues successfully meet the goals for safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Donnelly will also focus on the professional development of MicroCare manufacturing technicians, specialists, leads and supervisors to encourage career growth.

Donnelly earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Purdue University and is certified as a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
