3D Metal Additive Build Plate Separation

EDM Network offers its economical Fast Wire EDM that quickly separates 3D metal parts from the build plates.
"The Fast Wire EDM uses a reusable Molybdenum wire that is very economical, about $1/hour total consumable cost vs. about $6/hour for standard brass wire EDMs," said a company spokesperson. "But most importantly, these Fast Wire EDMs are not flush dependent. That means that they do not rely on high pressure flushing and good flush conditions in order to get good speed and not break wires. In fact, it is almost impossible to break the molybdenum wire."
