COE Press Equipment Hires New Director of Engineering

Blaine Lingenfelter
COE Press Equipment has hired Blaine Lingenfelter as its new Director of Engineering. He will be responsible for hiring, supervising and goal setting for the engineering team as well as being actively involved in new product development and ensuring engineering activities are aligned with company objectives.
"COE has always led the industry in technical innovations, and we are confident that Blaine's management experience and knowledge of the metal stamping industry will help us continue this tradition," said Reid Coe, COE President.
Lingenfelter has spent nearly 30 years on the engineering side of manufacturing for a variety of Tier 1 global automotive suppliers producing stampings, machined components, powertrain components and more. Most recently, he was technical manager for GT Technologies (Westland, MI) responsible for managing its VAVE engineering and supplier development programs across the organization and supply chain.
Lingenfelter earned an associate degree in mechanical engineering technology from Cuyahoga Community College and a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Akron.
