Expanded Line of Rotary Toolholders

Over the past year TMX Cutting Tools, part of Toolmex Industrial Solutions, has been improving and expanding its line of rotary toolholders. New TMX CAT and BT shell mill holders, end mill holders and ER collect chucks are designed with an AD/B coolant system. This improved design allows for optional coolant through the spindle (AD) and/or through the flange (B). New designs are in stock and available for order now.

Along with the coolant through features, new TMX rotary toolholders include these advantages:

  • Balanced and certified to 15,000 RPM's/G6.3
  • Max run out of .0002" (.005 mm) TIR for concentric consistent milling
  • ANSI Tool Specifications
  • AT3 taper accuracy for excellent holder / spindle engagement
  • Machined and shot blast surfaces for improved surface integrity.

In addition, Toolmex continues to offer its TMX Made in Poland brand of rotary toolholders. TMX Made in Poland holders are carried in an array of machine flange and shank styles including NMTB flange, R8 shank, Morse Taper shank and straight shank. Types of holders include end mill holders, shell mill holders, annular cutter holders, Jacobs taper adapters, shell reamer arbors and more. Though they do not have an AD/B coolant through design, TMX Made in Poland rotary toolholders are engineered to meet the highest material and quality standards.
