Custom Angle Heads

Madaula S.A. has produced and supplied a wide variety of large angle heads, suitable for use on boring machines and VTL's.
The angle head shown is part of the G.001 series, and has a flange mount to the face of the boring mill, and is driven from the keys of the quill spindle. The output of the angle head is a CAT-50, with a manual retention screw to load CAT-50 tools in and out by hand. Internal coolant options are available. Various lengths are available, up to 1.2 meters in length projecting from the mounting surface. The model shown has power transmission capability of 30 kW and torque up to 500 Nm. Gear Ratio is set at 1:1, with maximum 2,000 RPM output.
Other design features available are multispindle outputs, speed increasers, spindle extensions, gear cutters, extended slim design for working inside limited areas, high power designs, double output designs and adjustable angle heads as well.
