High-Speed Machining Center for Mold and Die



Fryer Machine Systems offers the new XP-32 high-speed machining center for mold and die work. This machine features a compact footprint with travels of 32" x 20" x 20". The XP-32 is designed with high-speed roller type linear ways, a 12,000 RPM inline spindle, 30 tool arm type automatic tool changer and 1,000 PSI through spindle coolant all as standard equipment.

The XP-32 utilizes the new FANUC 31i CNC control featuring FANUC's most advanced high-speed machining. Advanced drives, hardware and software feature block processing of 0.4 msec and more then 1,000 block look ahead. According to the company, the advanced feedrate control and high-speed processing allow near mirror finish on molds and dies to eliminate handwork.
