Vision Wide Offers Bridge Machines for Moldmaking

SF Series

NF Series

As a bridge machine builder in Taiwan, Vision Wide is committed to develop specific machines and machining technology to accommodate the many different industry demands and provide the complete solution, including the service and applications for these products and industries. Each industry may require different machining applications and cutting conditions, for this reason Vision Wide offers six different series of bridge machines.

"The SF Series is designed for the high speed, high efficient moldmaking industry," said a company spokesperson. "It is equipped with a high-speed spindle and high repeatability roller guide ways, providing better machining performance and surface smoothness through its 6,000 RPM gear type spindle and 24 m/min rapid traverse. A built-in type spindle 18,000 RPM is also available, with a very rigid but lightweight designed table, the machine can achieve high acceleration/deceleration rates even when fully loaded.

"The NF Series, incorporates a modular design. This allows the machine to be sized easily for the market and industry with minimal casting changes. The NF Series has travels from 80" to 400" in X axis and from 90" to 156" in Y axis. Standard features include the new Fanuc 0i-MD control, 6,000 RPM 35 HP high torque motor, CTS 300 PSI, 40 ATC and Spindle Chiller. There are also 10,000 RPM direct drive spindles with 40 HP, a 10,000 and 12,000 RPM spindle with built-in motor also available, depending on the customers requirement.

"Both SF and NF series can provide fully automatic 5-face machining, with variable automatic hydraulic clamping heads that are also manufactured by Vision Wide to fulfill multi-angle cutting demands."
