Kessler USA has nearly tripled its stock levels in the Americas, while strategically eliminating non-relevant items. "By re-evaluating what is important to have to support the expectations of our customers, we have achieved a 100% part availability for our high volume products," said the spokesperson. Low volume products are also available via a kit or exchange strategy.

Key response times for repairs have been shortened from what took months before to 1-2 week express repairs. Kessler USA, along with Kessler Germany, directly support their authorized service partners in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. "All partners have the latest equipment to carry out testing to the same standards as our factory in Germany," said the spokesperson.

Only OEM parts are used to repair Kessler product. The product is put through a rigorous programmed runoff procedure, which ensures all tolerances are met.

All Kessler service partners receive factory training on a yearly basis, and have direct support from the Kessler team of experts.
