Capital Technology Days Announced

Capital Machine Technologies will host Capital Technology Days events at its Technology Centers in Florida and Georgia. The events will be held June 11-12 in Tampa, FL, and August 20-21 in Atlanta, GA. Show hours for both are from 9 AM - 4 PM daily.

At the events Capital will showcase the latest in laser and waterjet cutting, bending, welding and more. Demos take place throughout the day on machines from builders that include Mazak, Schroder, SafanDarley, Accurpress, Flow and more.

The Fusion Arc 300L and 200L featured by Capital Robotics will be under power. "For nearly two decades Fusion Arc has offered proven plug & play performance, and is a flexible way to reduce set-up times and improve part quality," said a company spokesperson.

Capital's robotics partner, OTC-Daihen, will be on site with its Mobile Solutions Unit. The mobile unit showcases the latest in robotics and Welbee power sources. Attendees will have the opportunity to flex their skills at one of the modular welding pods, as well as have welding questions answered by knowledgeable personnel from both OTC and Capital Robotics.

A welding seminar presented by Hobart Institute of Welding Technology will take place daily from 11 AM - noon. This seminar will cover all things welding such as the search and need for qualified candidates, retention and automation (where applicable).
