In booth N-11025, Bluco Corporation will showcase its innovative line of modular fixturing systems. Demonstrations will be available for both welding and machining applications.

"With the introduction of the Rollover Positioner and Workstation bases, the benefits of Bluco modular tooling can be extended into even more areas of manufacturing operations."
The Rollover Positioner provides the ability to rotate parts 360 degrees and still handle unlimited configurations using standard locating and clamping components. Standard models support parts up to 10' in length and 40" in width. There are many options for customization including extensions for wider parts and built-in rotary ground connector.
Workstation bases bring the full functionality of modular fixturing to small weld cells. With footprints as small as 32" x 48", these workstations are an ideal fit for TIG or general small part welding. They can also be used for grinding, clamping, cutting, assembly or any other workbench-type activity. Available in standard and mobile versions, workstations can be configured to meet specific application needs.
