TRAK Machine Tools Appoints Dominion Air and Machinery as Distributor

TRAK Machine Tools has appointed Dominion Air and Machinery as its authorized distributor for the states of Maryland and parts of southern Delaware. As part of the arrangement, Dominion will have access to TRAK's showroom in Newark, DE, for product demonstrations and training.

Bob Kover, Regional Manager for TRAK Machine Tools, stated: "We have a long relationship with Dominion going back to the 1990s. They share our values for customer service and integrity in sales."

Mike McGarry, TRAK's National Sales Manager, said: "Dominion works like we work. They back what they sell through a first-rate service and support network. We could not be happier with this extension of our relationship."

The two companies have worked together to ensure a smooth transition. TRAK technicians will remain in the territory as Dominion assembles the resources that ensure TRAK customers have the support they need. Dominion will be drawing on an experienced service team led by Ricky Bates, long-time Service Manager. Bates and his team were factory trained at TRAK's headquarters in Rancho Dominguez, CA. They confer frequently with TRAK master technicians and technical support representatives to stay up on the latest solutions.

Dominion offers more than the TRAK and ProtoTRAK line. Customers will be able to tap their expertise in product lines that include compressors, grinders, saws, fabrication machines and more. They carry substantial inventory and also sell pre-owned equipment.
