Telescopic Steel Covers
In close cooperation with builders worldwide, Hennig GmbH develops, manufactures and seeks to improve its telescopic steel covers for all requirements, and for a variety of machine tools.
Whether operating horizontally, vertically, inclined or transversally - Hennig manufactures covers for all types of machine tools. "Every difficult guide geometry or unfavorable space allowance in special machines can be solved by Hennig's customized designs. The robust construction and reliability of Hennig covers are known throughout the machine tool industry. Safety and economy are ensured by our wiper systems," said a company spokesperson.
Folded Bellows
Hennig's folded bellows are still used today, after 50 years of manufacturing them, to protect many machine tools in the metalworking world. This was the foundational design, established by Gebrder Hennig at the beginning. The product range includes simple bellows, used as dust or handling protection, as well as complex assemblies with extension systems and plates, special solutions for laser machines or special designs for unique customer protective specifications. Hennig's folded bellows are suitable for a wide application range. All systems are tested and continually optimized in Hennig's R & D department. These folded bellows are available in different materials and configurations.
Systems and Components
Hennig develops complete installation-ready XYZ-modules and offers a series of machine protection sub-assemblies, which can be arranged to suit specific requirements with respect to forces, applications, aesthetics and budget targets. The XYZ-modules are available for many configurations, with steel or aluminum aprons, lamella bellows or Flex-Protect Systems. As an example, the X-axis can be protected with alu-aprons, the Y-axis with lamella bellows and the Z-axis with traditional telescopic steel way covers. Depending on the requirements regarding speed, acceleration and load, the proper components and the suitable drivers (scissors, high speed modules etc.) will be selected for optimum performance. Hennig will design, develop and build the complete modules to suit a manufacturer's requirements and ship them to its facility, ready for installation.
Chip Conveyors
Hennig designs, builds and sells chip conveyor and filtration systems to suit any machine and material requirements. "Hennig's patented CDF Chip Disc Filtration System offers high-quality chip filtration with minimal maintenance," said a company spokesperson.
