Cutter Blades Offer Improved Performance

The Tregaskiss cutter blades are engineered from a hard, strong material that makes them more resistant to breaking, chipping or cracking, according to the company.

Tregaskiss has announced improvements to its cutter blades for use with its TOUGH GUN TT3 Reamer and TOUGH GARD Spatter Cleaner. The cutter blades feature a twin flute design intended to improve cutting and cleaning performance during the robotic MIG gun nozzle cleaning process.

"The cutter blades are engineered from a durable material that makes them more resistant to breaking, chipping or cracking," said a company spokesperson. "The material also provides a sharper cutting edge that improves cleaning and cutting accuracy."

The new cutter blades are designed for use with the company's TOUGH LOCK Consumables. TOUGH LOCK Consumables feature nozzles, contact tips and retaining heads with Dual Taper Technology. The consumables have locking features that provide positive electrical conductivity to improve arc performance and minimize overheating.
