Weber Specialties Company Invests in Its Future

At 82 years of age, owner Jim Weber (pictured far left) still comes in every day.

Weber Specialties Company, a player in the manufacturing industry since 1943, is marking a significant milestone. From its origins as a two-man tool and die shop, Weber has evolved into a provider of stamping, fabricating, welding, powder coating and assembly services across multiple facilities.

"At our core, Weber Specialties embodies a legacy of service and adaptation," said James Weber, Chairman and second-generation owner. "As we celebrate 82 years, we are proud of our journey and how we have grown with the times."

With a focus on the future, Weber has recently invested over $4 million in cutting-edge technologies, including fiber lasers, servo presses, a laser welder and its first cobot, CHIP (Cobot Helper Improving Productivity). These advancements underscore Weber's commitment to operational efficiency and delivering high-quality services promptly and competitively.

"We are excited about our latest investments and their potential to drive our mission forward," added Weber. "By embracing state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, we are poised to uphold our promise to employees and customers alike."
