Royal Products Names Regional Business Manager

Joe Polachek
Royal Products announced that Joe Polachek has joined its sales team as a Regional Business Manager. Based in Quakertown, PA, Polachek will support Royal's distribution network and end-user customer base throughout all of eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Metro New York.
Polachek has over 16 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He started off as a CNC operator and programmer in a shop where he ran lathes, mills, saws, and EDMs. In 2016, he became an area manager for a USA-based coolant manufacturer, and by 2021, he was promoted to district sales manager. He later took on a territory manager position for a cutting tool distributor.
In his new role at Royal Products, Polachek will be responsible for managing regional sales, providing technical support, and driving customer success initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic region.
