Precision Drive Systems Adds William Adams as Operations Manager

Precision Drive Systems (PDS), a global provider of precision electro-mechanical motor spindles, expert engineering support, and spindle repair and rebuild services near Charlotte, NC, has appointed William Adams as Manager of Operations, succeeding Brian Titchworth.
"William's background in technical operations, CNC machining, and process improvement makes him the ideal addition to the PDS team," said Robert Turk, President of PDS. "We are excited to welcome him and are confident he will build on our 30 years of operational strength and customer satisfaction."
As Operations Manager, Adams will oversee daily manufacturing, ensuring efficient production workflows, high-quality spindle repair and rebuilds, and continuous improvement across all processes. His years of workflow optimization will strengthen PDS's ability to deliver high precision and reliability in all products built for all customers served.
Before joining PDS, Adams served as a production manager at Aichele, where he led CNC machining operations, supervised and developed technical teams, and implemented process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
