Rollomatic offers a femto-second laser cutting machine for polycrystalline diamond (PCD) and other ultra-hard materials, including ceramics, carbide, sapphire and glass.

The Rollomatic LaserSmart 510 Femto laser cutting machine is designed to provide surface finishes as low as Ra 40 nanometers. It adapts the machining process automatically to the material. The machine improves finishes on 3D machining of drills and endmills and is suited for profile cutting, cylindrical margins, chip breakers, fluting and more.
