Online Configurators Customize Robotic MIG Gun Series

Two new online configurators offered by Tregaskiss make it easy to customize the company's TOUGH GUN G1 and TOUGH GUN ThruArm G1 Series Robotic MIG Guns for specific industrial welding applications.

Two new online configurators offered by Tregaskiss make it easy to customize the company's TOUGH GUN G1 and TOUGH GUN ThruArm G1 Series Robotic MIG Guns for specific industrial welding applications. The TOUGH GUN G1 Series Robotic MIG Guns are designed for high-volume production environments, while the TOUGH GUN ThruArm G1 Series Robotic MIG Guns are designed to minimize downtime and improve welding performance on today's through-arm robotic welding systems.

"The configurators are quick and easy to use, producing the exact robotic gun needed for the application in a few simple steps," said a company spokesperson. "Online visitors can tailor their gun by numerous specifications that include gun style, neck type, nozzle, wire size, contact tip and power pin.

"Users can reach the online configurators by visiting Tregaskiss.com/ConfigureMyGun or via the "Configure My Gun" link located at Tregaskiss.com. The configurators lead users through a step-by-step process in which they choose each component of their TOUGH GUN G1 or TOUGH GUN ThruArm G1 Series Robotic MIG Guns from various offerings. The choices differ depending on which gun model is selected.

"At the end of the process, the user receives a summary of the selected choices for the customized robotic MIG gun along with its part number. With one click, they can download the technical manual, request a price quote based on the part number, print the specifics, contact Tregaskiss for more information or find their nearest distributor."
