UTARI, TMAC Host Behind the Scenes Showcase July 24
July 24, 2026The University of Texas Arlington Research Institute (UTARI) and Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center (TMAC) are hosting a special day for people to learn about manufacturing innovations.
This exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the innovation and economic advancement being driven across DFW will include these collaborative programs, all in one building:
• The UTA Research Institute
• The Maverick Autonomous Vehicle Research Center
• The Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center
• The Cross Timbers Apex Accelerator.
Meet the talented researchers, scientists, and engineers behind manufacturing here in North Texas' Metroplex. "Tour our cutting-edge research facility, see the impact our programs have in North Texas' Metroplex, and learn about leading advancements and research in medical devices, automation, robotics, and composites," said an event spokesperson.
"In addition, come take a peak of our MADE preview, check out ToolKit Technologies Werk Wagon, and see how Ampcare is helping people around the world!"
This is a come and go event for visitors to walk through the facilities at their own pace with plenty of opportunity to catch recurring demos taking place throughout the labs.
