Pemamek to Showcase Adaptive Robotic Welding, Advanced Automation Solutions
October 23, 2026Pemamek, a global provider in welding and production automation solutions, will showcase its latest robotic welding technologies and software innovations at FABTECH 2026, North America's largest event for metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing, taking place Oct. 21-23 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. The event brings together manufacturing professionals to explore the latest advancements in automation, robotics, welding and fabrication technologies.
At FABTECH, Pemamek will demonstrate how manufacturers can improve weld quality, increase flexibility and address production challenges through advanced automation in booth S40025. Visitors will have the opportunity to engage with Pemamek welding experts, review physical weld samples, and see live demonstrations of vision-based robotic welding technologies and intelligent offline programming software.
· Live robotic welding system demonstrations: A dedicated machine booth will feature a compact PEMA Skytrack robotic welding cell configured with a two-axis Skyhook positioner, floating track, and Yaskawa AR2010. The live demonstration will showcase laser-based vision technology that scans joint geometry ahead of the welding torch and adapts in real time to part variations, thermal distortion and assembly inconsistencies.
· Experience intelligent welding software: Pemamek will also highlight its Weld Control software platform with recently launched new features, which simplifies the programming and execution of complex robotic welding applications. Visitors will see how Weld Control combines automatic toolpath generation, kinematic solutions, adaptive welding and vision-based multi-pass welding capabilities to address some of the industry's most challenging welding requirements.
· Meet Pemamek experts: In addition to product demonstrations, FABTECH attendees can meet with Pemamek engineers and subject matter experts to discuss a variety of welding automation topics, including robotic welding, submerged arc welding, column-and-boom welding systems, shipbuilding applications and advanced production solutions for heavy industries.
A separate lounge area in booth S44100 will provide space for customer meetings, technology discussions, videos and interactive displays featuring weld samples produced across a range of materials, thicknesses and joint geometries.
