METALNOX M6356 is a heavy-duty advanced aqueous cleaning chemistry formulated for use in remanufacturing operations. M6356 is compatible with steel and aluminum parts, boasts a long bath life, and removes heavy oils and burned-on carbon in both spray and immersion cleaning processes, the company reported.
METALNOX M6324R is an alkaline cleaning chemistry formulated to clean water-soluble oils, heavy greases, deep draw stamping compounds, oxides, and burned-on carbon from steel parts in spray and aqueous cleaning processes. M6324R is a low-foaming, non-emulsifying chemical blend with oil-splitting properties allowing for prolonged bath life and steady-state bath soil load, the company reported.
KYZEN’s cleaning experts at FABTECH will also provide information about KYZEN chemistries that clean and provide corrosion protection in addition to stand alone chemistries from the KYZEN CP line including KYZEN CP90S, which specifically provides rust protection for steel parts after cleaning with METALNOX M6324R.
