October 7: FTI Presents Training Session at IFE's International Fastener & Assembly Summit 2026
October 7, 2026The Fastener Training Institute (FTI) will host three training sessions at the International Fastener Expo’s international Fastener Assembly & Summit on October 7, 2026 in Phoenix, AZ.
This flexible learning experience features three of FTI’s most requested technical programs. Students can choose one or multiple sessions to best match responsibilities and interests - or attend all for a full day of in-depth training and networking.
SESSIONS
Morning: Advanced Joint Design: Preload, Torque & Tension Control
Afternoon: Quality Systems that Create Competitive Advantage
Late Afternoon: Corrosion Control Strategies for Harsh Environments
Evening: Networking Reception
Laurence Claus, the Industrial Fasteners Institute’s Director of Education and Training, will instruct the sessions sponsored by Star Stainless.
These training opportunities are designed for engineers, quality managers, manufacturing professionals, technical sales representatives, product managers, purchasing & supply chain professionals, distributors, OEM personnel and anyone wanting to strengthen fastener technical knowledge.
