As a sales leader and startup veteran, she is passionate about bringing innovative robotic technologies to industries that have been often underserved by advances in automation. Her career has spanned many sectors of the robotics industry, including full stack robotic order fulfillment solutions, collaborative robots, robotic software platforms, and research and development robots. As VP of Business Alliances, Dwight collaborates with customers to increase their production while saving costs with the help of quick deploying robotic automation.

Ryan Gagne is Lead Application Engineer for Rapid Robotics and has worked in manufacturing for 15 years. Thanks to an early career spent as a Production Engineering Manager at Touchmark, he is intimately familiar with the complex operational challenges faced by manufacturers. He has also led the implementation of robotics at Touchmark, where he learned first-hand how transformative automation can be for production operations. Having joined Rapid Robotics in 2021, Gange leads a team that develops and deploys robotic solutions that solve operational bottlenecks for optimal return on investment.
