Offline Bending Solution

DiamondBEND offline press brake CAM from MC Machinery Systems provides the ability to program and fully simulate the bending process before parts are laser cut and formed. DiamondBEND will tool, sequence and manage formed parts for enhanced accuracy. "The solution reduces scrap and improves throughput by creating the correct part the first time," said a company spokesperson.

DiamondBEND provides a comprehensive set of tools for creating and maintaining an accurate bend database. The database can be shared with a user's CAD system and Murata press brake controls for ease of maintenance. DiamondBEND works natively with Solidworks, Inventor and SpaceClaim.

With DiamondBEND, users can work with any tool supplier since standard online catalogs are supplied. Users can also design standard tools or import CAD geometry for special shapes. DiamondBEND is compatible with the VIDERE operator support system available on BB and BH Series press brakes.
