Customers can choose from quarterly and annual preventative maintenance plans designed to provide economical service and maximize process efficiency while minimizing unscheduled downtime. Through this preventative maintenance plan, a customer's angle heads will be rebuilt and restored to full working condition following a detailed evaluation.
This preventative maintenance program also features an Individual Crash Package that keeps machine downtime and lost profits to a minimum. "It is highly recommended for customer-specific solutions, and covers regular wear and tear as well as special parts," said the spokesperson.
BENZ Inc.'s repair service features fast and professional tool damage analysis and will report its findings and repair recommendations within five working days. General maintenance or refurbishing is available by request and all reconditioned BENZ units have a renewed one-year warranty. Standard repair service turnaround is two weeks, although BENZ Inc. offers a special 72-hour Expedite Service designed to help customers minimize downtime.
