The Riveer WASHMASTER 500 is a portable, low profile wash rack system for washing industrial and commercial equipment. It is designed for cleaning and degreasing parts, from forklifts and tooling in maintenance operations to dies, large castings and machined parts in the production areas.
"Whether you need to clean off oil, emulsions, grease or other grime, the WASHMASTER cleans, contains and filters wash water, removing the contaminants for recycling or proper discharge to drain," said a company spokesperson. "It is portable, requiring no site engineering or permitting."
Features include:
- GripStart on/off system starts the whole system with the squeeze of the trigger and shuts it down once released
- 1,500 to 2,900 PSI of cleaning power allows pressurized spray in recesses and blind holes
- Low profile (5" height) accommodates forklifts, drum stands, handcarts, etc.
- Non-skid, flat surface provides a safe walking surface even when wet
- Manufactured in the USA to customers' length and width requirements; modular design allows for a variety of pad sizes
- Forklift ports for easy moving of rack and filtration units
- Overspray walls help keep surrounding area moisture free.
WASHMASTER 500 also features the RTS 500 wash water treatment system. "The small footprint/big capacity recycle unit includes an inlet screen basket to capture gross contaminants prior to the filtration chamber and includes oil coalescing and disk oil skimmer, ozone injection, 24/7 recirculation, back washable media filtration and absolute filtration to keep degreasing solutions clean," said a company spokesperson.
The RTS 500 can function as a zero discharge system for closed-loop recycling process. The unit comes with a diaphragm pump that vacuums wash water and debris from the wash rack. It can also be integrated into existing wash bays to treat the effluent for re-use or discharge.
