BREAKING NEWS: UNITED GRINDING Group Expands Product Portfolio Through Strategic Acquisition

UNITED GRINDING Group has announced the signing of an agreement with Georg Fischer AG (GF) to acquire its GF Machining Solutions Division (GFMS) with the aim of strengthening its position in the market and serving its global customers with even more comprehensive solutions.

"Together, UNITED GRINDING and GFMS will join forces to become a global leader in ultra-precision machining," said a spokesperson.

The transaction is valued between $725 and $748 million and is expected to close in Q1/Q2 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.
