November 16-18: NCCS to Exhibit NCL Multiaxis Software, PostWorks at Westec 2021

Numerical Control Computer Sciences (NCCS), the developer of NCL multiaxis machining software, used extensively in the aerospace, automotive and turbo-machinery industries, will be participating in the Westec 2021 Exposition on November 16-18, 2021 at the Long Beach Convention Center, Long Beach, CA.

NCCS, which can be found at Westec booth #1827, will showcase the latest version of their flagship product NCL, as well as other state-of-the-art manufacturing solutions including PostWorks, an advanced multiaxis universal postprocessor and NCL/IPV which provides high performance, realistic, simultaneous material removal and CNC machine tool simulation.

"NCL offers a unique blend of automated and user-controlled tool path generation techniques that result in reduced programming time and increased quality," said a company spokesperson. "NCL’s combination of power, flexibility and tool control will give users a distinct advantage over the competition by allowing users to quickly produce any part, reduce machine time, improve quality and increase profits. NCL runs native in the Windows 64Bit environment in addition to the 32Bit environment. The increased memory allocation of the 64Bit processing environment provides better performance and stability."

PostWorks is a universal two- through 10-axis postprocessor and postprocessor generator. "With 5-axis + support, the ability to convert NC code for virtually any machine / controller combination, and a host of intuitive features as standard, PostWorks is the only post processor you will ever need," the spokesperson added.

These key features of NCL and PostWorks will help companies get the most out of their software investment by increasing programming proficiency, in addition to improving the quality and accuracy of their NC programs.

“NCCS is dedicated to constantly improving our software technology, giving the end user what they want,” said Raquelle MacFarlane, Marketing Director of NCCS.
