The NSV-156A is our new Vertical Machining Center that expands the X-axis travel to 60.2-inch and Y-axis to 25.6-inch. With our unique IDD (Isolated Direct Drive) spindle and an ultra rigid internally ribbed Meehanite Casting, the NSV156A is designed to deliver exceptional finishes and accuracy, the company said.
YCM built the machine with four Y-axis ways that uses cross roller linear guide rails with 1,889-IPM rapid on X, Y and Z. Additioal features include 30-HP spindle, 12,000-RPM, 30 tools.
