New KIWA KH-41 Space Saver Horizontal Machining Center by Kiwa Japan

The new Kiwa KH-41 "Space Saver" 400mm two-pallet horizontal machining center with Fanuc's high-performance 21i control is the latest compact high-performance horizontal by Kiwa Japan. Utilizing a "Space Saver" design, the machine is 60" wide and offers travels of 20" x 20"x 20" a part capacity of 22" x 27.5" and an astounding 1,100 lbs part capacity. The machine weights in at a hefty 20,000 lbs. The KH41 comes standard with 40 tools (60 opt) a full 4th axis and a powerful 12,000-RPM 15-Hp coolant through spindle, with robust NSK roller ways the KH-14 achieves rapids of 2,362 inches per minute and an acceleration/deceleration of 1G.
