Products has released its new, 56-page catalog showcasing the company's
comprehensive lineup of workholding and positioning components including various
styles of serrated grippers, rest pads and Fairlane's exclusive Swivot brand of
modular swivel/pivoting units for gripping, holding and positioning irregularly
shaped parts. The entire product range is ideal for building positioning and
workholding fixtures used in manufacturing and industrial applications, the
company said.
The catalog features a brief introduction to the various products then provides a detailed index to direct users to a specific part grouping. Products include grippers with fixed or replaceable serrated surfaces of tool steel, carbide tipped and solid carbide; rest pads, threaded adjustable grippers and the Swivots with replaceable ball or pad style. The index concludes with technical data and references for matching product with application needs.
Each section of the catalog contains component photos and line drawings plus charted part numbers, dimensional inch/metric references, configuration styles such as serration, mounting and materials and performance data such as load capacities.
Besides workholding components, Fairlane Products also produces products for material handling in assembly and manufacturing operations. Among these are Quick-Release Ball Lock Pins, and rollers/bumpers in a variety of durometers, materials, styles and mounting options.
